Standardize early MLB stat context like parents talking about their infant's age.

Before game 20 = The baby is 18 months old (< 24): Small samples, specific series, individual matchups, etc.

After game 20 = The child is 2 years old (not 26 months): Ratios, splits, trends, etc.
