AI & robots can free people to focus on collaborative & inventive work by automating the repetitive aspects of their jobs.

But AI is garbage-in, garbage out. We must guard against selection bias & unintended consequences of ML models.

Like many others my run at @Citrix reached finish line this week. Feeling grateful for all the opportunities I was given and AMAZING Citrites I was lucky to work with. The outpouring of support I’m seeing for all affected from the Citrix diaspora is nothing short of epic. 🙏🙏🙏

A paradox of life is that the greatest returns come in the long-term, but the opportunity cost of moving slowly is huge.

Long-term thinking is not slow acting.

Act fast on things that compound. Never let a day pass without doing something that will benefit you in a decade.

Amazing progress by the whole team @citrix

[Christian Reilly @reillyusa]

It’s staggering to see how far we’ve come from the very first teaser micro app at the end of Synergy 2018 to today. Incredibly proud of the progress and work from all the @Citrix folks who are leading the charge. #CitrixIA
