BREAKING: Donald Trump gets slammed with his most bizarre scandal to date as it's revealed that he fabricated his story about being in a near-death helicopter crash with Democratic politician Willie Brown.

Trump has finally lost his mind...

It all started at his disastrous Mar-A-Lago press conference yesterday. Trump claimed to "know Willie Brown very well."

Brown is the former mayor of San Francisco. He once briefly dated Kamala Harris, which is almost certainly why Trump has decided to fixate on him.

"In fact, I went down in a helicopter with him. We thought, maybe this is the end," Trump claimed. "We were in a helicopter going to a certain location together, and there was an emergency landing. This was not a pleasant landing, and Willie was … a little concerned. So I know him pretty well."

Trump also claimed that Brown told him "terrible things" about Harris because he was "not a fan of hers very much at that point." Not surprisingly, it turns out that the ex-president was lying through his teeth.

Willie Brown himself has put the story to rest.

"You know me well enough to know that if I almost went down in a helicopter with anybody, you would have heard about it!" Brown told The New York Times, adding that there were "no hard feelings" between him and Harris.

“I’ve never done business with Donald Trump, let’s start with that. And secondly, I don’t think I’d want to ride on the same helicopter with him. There’s too many people that have an agenda with reference to him, including the people who service helicopters!" Brown told radio station KRON4.

It appears that Trump took a helicopter ride instead with former California Governor Jerry Brown in 2018 to inspect wildfire damage. So either Trump was lying as usual or this is further proof of his profound cognitive decline.

Crucially, there was no crash landing during the Jerry Brown flight.

"There was no emergency landing and no discussion of Kamala Harris," Brown said through a spokesperson.

Current California Governor Gavin Newsom was also on the flight in question and was governor-elect at the time.

"I call complete BS,” Newsom told The New York Times while "laughing out loud." He added that the strange story was clearly an "act of desperation" on Trump's part.

Regardless of why Trump made up this story — be it his rotting mind or his pathological need to lie — it serves as further proof that this man is deeply unqualified to be president.
