✅ Rajasthan HC (Jaipur, Division Bench): writ petition registered today, hearing listed 25 Sept

✅ Delhi HC: AIFTP's writ also active

✅ #ExtendTaxAuditDueDate now trending nationally, many CAs publicly staking their name on it

Status right now: 30 Sept is still the official date. No CBDT notification yet.

But I'll say it again: this extension IS coming. Every ingredient that has triggered it in past years is present again, and stronger this time.

Until then: keep filing as if 30 Sept is final.

I'll post the moment anything changes.
