Oh for pete's sake. My "Following" timeline now includes non-promoted, non-RT'ed tweets from accounts that I don't follow. The signal-to-noise ratio on Twitter keeps dropping, and making people pay for a blue check isn't going to fix a dishonest UI and a crap algo.

The state of domestic airlines in the US, especially the ones that claim to be #CXleaders: expect that the best case scenario is they get you to your destination on-time, safely, with your luggage. Everything else costs extra & they won’t do it even when you pay for it. 🙃
