Getting fed up with @BandQ Croydon. Keep trying to collect this product which apparently needs a fork lift to get down overnight. Been told 3 times that it’ll be ready, but it’s not so 2 wasted journeys! @bandq_help
@EE how can I stop being cold called with offers. Twice in the past week I’ve been called by EE sales and each time I ask to be removed from the calling list, they make excuses.
@nxcare hello, I bought a non refundable bus ticket to Stansted last month, however after an hour the bus still hadn’t arrived and I was forced to get a taxi or risk missing my flight. I’ve tried to contact you via the website, but it sends me round in circles. Can you help?
@AsterTeillet@easyJet Thanks, I’ve reported and blocked them all. But @easyJet isn’t replying. Continuing the poor experience I’ve had since they cancelled my flight last month. 🙄
@easyJet I’ve twice tried to apply for compensation for my cancelled flight but keep getting emails saying you can’t find my booking. I’ve emailed customer services, no reply. Please help. My travel companions have received theirs already. Thanks. #compensation#cancelledflight
