The Environment Agency has launched an investigation after discovering SEVERAL THOUSAND TONNES of illegally dumped household and commercial waste at a major dumping site on land off Midland Road in Bradford.

Officers are working with Bradford Council, West Yorkshire Police and West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service to identify those responsible and trace the landowner.

The public is being urged to come forward with any information that could assist the investigation.

This hasn’t happened overnight, a blind eye must have been turned at some point, by someone.

My town is in trouble, please help.

I live in a small decaying town full of vape shops, phone shops and barbers. We have a truly shit self serving council. They are trying to give away the town's only free carpark to the shopping centre owner, Mr Ali, plus £2.5 million of our money AND the guy was found to be avoiding business rates. The shopping centre has been left with vacant shops and the whole bottom floor that was a little market has closed. This is a managed decline, all under the ownership of Mr Ali.

My belief is that the decline of this country is with a million tiny actions, like this one. We need to actively stop each and every one.
