3 Years ago I was made redundant as a gym instructor due to covid.
Started writing emails at the bottom of the barrel for $5 an hour. Now I only manage email lists for 7+ figure companies and amassed over $10 million in client results.
Here’s my story.
@sdrwhisperer And when they're actually interested in what you've got...it makes the game actually fun.
I used to only prospect and set via cold leads (not the most fun)
@Ed_FilmBooth Exactly mate - best explanation I've heard on this is the 'circle of focus'.
It's like a pie chart with 100% to give. As soon as you focus on 2 things. It's 50% focus and 50% focus.
Add a 3rd thing? Now it's 33%, 33% & 33% bandwidth per thing.
Gets you rethinking for sure.
@sdrwhisperer Surprise & delight is the name of the game for sure.
10-14 days is typically the sweet spot period for making a great first impression with the client, hey?
Smaller lists make more money.
How? Well a double opt-in like this filters out all your junk prospects.
Trouble is, they're boring.
Here's mine.
At least give em' something to look foward to.

You don't need a big list.
thank you for the kick up the butt @KateBour + @thedankoe to remind me I need to document this process.
@thedankoe I laugh when people cringe at books like the 48 Laws or Seduction.
We gotta understand how these rules play so we don't get played - simple as that.
