@theHillisHome If your red car 🚗 has the bumper torn off of it after you parked on 8th street right near Belga, this is the jeep that crashed into it and drove away at about 5:08 pm
@DCDGS@dcpublicschools There were classrooms 87 degrees and above today. May 15th is too late. What are we doing to narrow or bump up this timeline in the future?
@DCPSChancellor You should be more surprised to see teachers walking through the school doors every morning when our contract has been expired for 3 years!!! You should be surprised that I didn’t resign when you visited my classroom in November 2020 pre-vax and didn’t say hello or thank you.
@dcresident73@DMEforDC@MayorBowser They say…. yes. Because there is another clause that says if (and when) the contract expires it will be considered to remain in place until a new one is agreed upon. It was a big loss when those clauses were agreed to originally.
Last night, @DCSBO unanimously passed SR22-10 On the "Timely Settlement of the WTU Contract." DCPS teachers are now 3 yrs w/out a contract during a pandemic!😱@MayorBowser, teachers deserve basic protections, guidance & salary increases aligned w cost of living. #FairContractNow
D.C. reached a labor agreement with DCPS administrators Wednesday, two years after their contract expired. DCPS teachers, though, have been without a new contract for 3 years. https://t.co/0uU9Gk63Ye
