@Theholisticpsyc Unless someone pushes your buttons, you won't know where the buttons are. Be grateful every time you get triggered because it's your chance to see the wound and heal. Little by little becoming buttonless.
How beautiful would it be if we said to people we loved: “I’m not feeling like my best self today, can you remind me of who I am?” And that person said a few reasons why they appreciate you, for you. Appreciation and connection heal us.
What happened, has happened. Free your mind from it. It’s a new moment to enter a new state. Move forward towards your greatness. You have so much potential.
When you grow up managing adults rage or their outbursts, you learn to appease people when they're abusive rather than learning it's a cue to remove yourself.
Authentic love doesn’t come from a place of “make me happy” or “complete me”— thats culture, selling codependency. Authentic love is creating a space to truly see another human being.
the less superstitious I became the more peace I received. Learn to observe more instead of chalking everything up to a good vs evil narrative in your day. Sometimes unfortunate things just happen. Doesn’t mean it’s punishment , doesn’t mean something is out to get you.
@Theholisticpsyc Some signs that you may have been the scapegoat in an unhealthy family include:
•Being blamed for problems that you didn't cause
•Being the only one criticized or punished in the family
•Feeling like you can never do anything right in the eyes of your family members.
Self observation is a sacred act— to understand every layer of your existence and stay grounded regardless of what comes or goes is the highest expression of divine wisdom.
