Yesterday, #UNGA adopted a resolution on #DPRK human rights w/o a vote (despite controversy), calling for a HL meeting on 🇰🇵's abuses.

However it falls short of bold action to break silos between intl peace & security & human rights. Dialogue ≠ action.
