@CoxHelp Our cable has been in & out all day. Our neighbor 3 houses down is fine. Spent 32 min w/customer support - 1/2 of that w/a supervisor & everyone wants to either charge us $75 for a tech to visit or we need to buy the protection plus program. This is bs. Fix yo self.
