Please pray – Christians in Yemen are facing an unprecedented crackdown, with more than 50 believers detained since the beginning of the year.

Threats against Christians are circulating on social media and through physical flyers. It seems that new alliances are joining forces to continue the crackdown on ‘infidel’ Christians in Yemen, which is third on the World Watch List.

“Most of the people that I was always in contact with are now imprisoned,” shares an Open Doors partner.

Please pray – Christians in #India have faced attacks, threats, false accusations and cancelled celebrations in the run up to Christmas.

In one incident, churches were burned following a burial dispute. Meanwhile, a viral video shows a pastor being confronted with offensive language about the birth of Jesus and the Christian faith.

The current situation concerning negotiations:

The US negotiations strategy looks like separate agreements first with the Russians, then with Ukrainians. The negotiations are taking place without the EU being present.

It looks like China is starting to get itself included in negotiations. The visit of China's foreign minister to Moscow just before the arrival of Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner was obviously not an accident.
Sustainable peace in Europe is impossible without China, so China's interests must also be taken into account.

Ukraine is going through a political and economic crisis but retains stability institutionally and on the frontlines. Ukrainian military production complex is developing and growing. Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to inflict damage inside Russia.

For Europe, the most efficient strategy today is a victory over Russia. In a world where respect is based on force, the aggressor's defeat will become a signal other countries will watch out for - starting with Asia, Africa and Latin America.

Europe still hopes for a chance of reform, dialogue, gradual improvement in Russia. Ukraine is fighting for our current survival - for ourselves and for Europe. Ukraine needs weapons, sanctions against Russia, clear security guarantees. However, the West keeps believing that it can avoid a direct attack by continuing to act like in previous years. Everything points to this strategy not being a viable one.

Ukraine's defense is impossible without a strong Ukraine.

Ukraine is the key player and the point of strength for Europe today. Don't let us bleed out and become the martyr.

Otherwise, another great war will become unavoidable. The West is not ready for this scenario mentally or materially. Alas, it's the most probable one if Ukraine is destroyed or given to Russia.

Don't think that Russia's strength is infinite.
It's always darkest before dawn.

NEW: Republican Rep. Riley Moore calls on Secretary of State Marco Rubio to take "immediate action" to address the slaughter of Christians in Nigeria.

"Christians are being persecuted and killed in Nigeria for professing their faith in our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."

Moore is calling on Rubio to redesignate Nigeria as a Country of Particular Concern.

"I urge you to use all diplomatic tools available ... and halting arms sales and all associated technical support until the Nigerian government demonstrates it is sufficiently committed to ending this reign of persecution and slaughter," said @RepRileyMoore.

Over 7000 Christians have been killed in Nigeria alone this year.

125,000 Christians have been slaughtered in Nigeria since 2009, according to Newsweek.

The Muslim Brotherhood-tied Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) under General Burhan continue their attacks against Christian churches in Sudan.

Just before the civil war started, a SAF member set fire to the Sudanese Church of Christ building.

After the civil war broke out, SAF shelled and completely destroyed the largest church in Omdurman, the Sudan Evangelical Presbyterian Church.

SAF also bombed a Baptist church in Wad Madani and church properties in Khartoum El-Shajara.

More than 150 churches have been attacked since the start of the civil war. The Islamists are trying to eradicate Christianity from Sudan.

The religion has long roots in the country. Byzantine Emperor Justinian I (527-565) helped to make Nubia a stronghold of Christianity and by 580 AD Christianity had become the official religion of northern Sudan, centered around the Faras Cathedral.

The Muslim Brotherhood wants another Nigeria in Sudan.

13 Nigerian Christians were murdered by Islamist Fulani militias on October 15th in Plateau State,

Rev. Ezekiel Dachmo, a local church leader, had publicly raised alarms about an imminent attack less than 24 hours prior, but no preventive action was taken.

At the funeral in Rachas, he was outraged and had a message for the world.
