@action_ap Hi! If you are considering toxic adenoma (warm thyroid nodule) i think the tsh should be suppressed only with high ft4 and ft3. If in the case of Normal tsh and high ft4 and ft3, one of the differentials would include central hyperthyroidism or tsh secreting pituitary adenoma.
