海外の先生が良くやる運針ですが
自分はワンテンポ遅れるので行ってませんが、テクニックとして持っておくべきだと思います。持針器セッシ針が磁石のようにくっついていて素晴らしいです。
ただ厳密に言うと右の面は針が垂直に入る向きですが、左の面は針が垂直に入らず、組織がツイストしてしまい損傷につながりやすくなる懸念があります
もしこの運針をするのであれば、左の面を刺す時に左手セッシで手前を下に下げる（術者側に向かって下り坂にする）と良いと思います。
