Who gave him this license, and under whose political influence?

Some burqa-dhari Islamists were seen offering mass prayers at Pune’s historic Shaniwar Wada.

There was already a shrine at the site, and now efforts are underway to completely Islamize it.

BJP MLA Rahul Kul aka 'Kul chacha' is facing shocking allegations from his Hindu constituents in Daund, Pune district.

He is alleged to be hand in glove with notorious Islamist criminal Badshah Sheikh, providing political protection to jihadi elements and targeting Hindu youth who protest with false cases and lawfare.

For eg. he is accused of directing the arrest of several Hindu youth who protested against the recent desecration by Islamists of Chattrapati Shivaji Maharaj's statue in Yavat.

From abetting land/love jihad & beef mafia, to covering up evangelical crimes, Kul faces serious charges which @BJP4India & @Dev_Fadnavis would be well advised to probe.

Kul 'chacha' is a 3-time MLA from Daund, and both his parents also represented Daund for 4 terms combined. At the start he won on a Rashtriya Samaj Paksha ticket, a party launched by a man who once contested on a BSP ticket in the late 90s.

In 2019, Kul jumped ship to BJP...and in the 2024 LS election his wife was fielded as the BJP candidate from the high-profile Baramati constituency.

This is the ugly underbelly of liberal democracy. You can be an idealist and argue why BJP gives tickets to such dubious dynasts, but on the other hand is the realisation that many such political families have loyal votebanks and the 'greater good' necessitates such compromises.

But mustn't there be red lines,even in a broken, election- obsessed system like India's?
