Given that @SpiritAirlines has gone 5 years without making a profit, you’d think they care about their customers to save themselves from liquidation. Their customer service is a scam - Numbers that lead to nowhere, constant crickets and passing responsibility. Untrained staff.
4 @SpiritAirlines so far 1.5 hours waiting around PDX trying to get help. Social media team said they’d help, but it’s been 15 minutes and no follow up response.
1 @SpiritAirlines my checked bag didn’t make it to my destination. I was told to wait and someone would call me the next day, nothing more could be done by spirit staff. No call, we rang and tried multiple forms of communication, no result. We came back to the airport to speak to
3 @SpiritAirlines staffer told us we just needed to wait, it would come the next day. Found out upon returning to the airport to find helpful staffer Constance that we needed to make a claim within 4 hours.
2 @SpiritAirlines speak to someone in person since no one was answering or helpful thru call or text. Just found out our bags went to Phoenix (PHX) rather than Portland (PDX). Hours and hundreds of dollars down the drain, and no closer to answers.
