@nateberkopec ooh interesting. We’re on Perf-L and some of our apps have Xeon 8275CL @ 3.0GHz and others have Xeon 8124M @ 3.0GHz. Both 8 core. Sounds like the latter are on c5.2xlarge instead of c3.2xlarge?

@hacks4pancakes This was a big deal when my company first went remote. 5/6 of us were often in the same room but we had to conduct all business conversations online unless all of us were there in person. We experimented with a lot of weird tools for remote working.
This week the Ruby on Rails community had their own Suez Canal situation when a gem that rails depends on changed the license to GPLv2 and pulled old versions, causing builds to break.
@geekgalgroks I’m curious how this was set up. Did they extract it into a new repository and give you access or was the interviewer sharing their screen and you worked through the problem together, or something else? Cloud IDE for interviews like coderpad?
