@hamishogilvy Project kickoffs have a tradeoff sliders play, this is to help improve decision-making within the feature team. We want the feature team to move quickly, and this means making decisions quickly, especially ones that are two-way doors.

@hamishogilvy Planning meetings are 30mins and focused on defining discrete achievable outcomes for the work to be delivered. We do not story point, we just focus on outcomes. Keep the team focused and don't waste time on scrum theatre!
