Did some digging into the $AERO holdings of Coinbase Ventures, here are some data points people might find interesting:

AERO holdings
- 7.5M veAERO (ninth biggest veAERO holder)
- 3.6M lent on Moonwell
- 4.7M vanilla
- Totaling 15.8M AERO worth 19M$ @ 1.21$ per AERO

Purchase details
- First small purchase in Dec '23: 25k$ at 7 cents
- Second purchase after Coinbase listing in Feb '24: 225k$ at 9c. After this purchase the investment is disclosed to the public and AERO price goes parabolic.
- After the price crashes from 2.2$ to 1$ in June CBV starts buying more, in total 4.7M$ worth until September
- In October it has ramped up the TWAP and is spending about 250k$ per day on AERO buys
- The TWAP contract has enough ammo to continue its buying spree for at least one more month
- Total expenditure so far is 11.3M$, so the average buy price is about 71c

AERO emissions
AERO emits about 12M$ in incentives every week at the current price. CBV holds 1.1% of the voting power and can therefore direct 120k in incentives to its preferred pools.
