JustLend DAO is evolving beyond a traditional lending protocol.

Its latest upgrades are expanding the role of DeFi across the TRON ecosystem:

1️⃣ SBM V2
Launched June 17, introducing isolated collateral markets and a Vault + Market architecture designed to improve risk containment. It also introduced the Adaptive Curve Interest Rate Model.

2️⃣ U Stablecoin Market
Initially launched with a 0% collateral factor, later increased to 80% as market liquidity developed.

3️⃣ ETHB Offboarding
Proposal #42 reduced the collateral factor from 75% → 45% and increased the reserve factor to 100%, supporting an orderly market wind-down.

4️⃣ Buy Energy ⚡️
Users can purchase TRON Energy without staking TRX, with delivery in roughly 10 seconds and support for up to 50 addresses.

5️⃣ Lower Energy Costs
The rental base rate was reduced from 15% → 8%, while 100K Energy costs roughly 4.1–4.3 TRX.

6️⃣ GasFree Growth 🚀
August recorded 818K+ transactions, $13.62B+ in transfer volume and 437K+ users, with USDT and USDD supporting fee payments.

7️⃣ JST Buybacks & Burns 🔥
Four rounds have removed roughly 1.71B JST, representing about 17.29% of supply.

8️⃣ Growing Scale
Recent protocol-reported figures show approximately $7.12B TVL, $3.88B supplied, $192.7M borrowed and around 44.7K USDD in daily rewards.
