Well, an update. Got a call from very nice lady from @CoxHelp and she was excellent. Got me internet only for a reasonable price and a discounted early term fee. But, website still shows my bill will be original amount 🤔. Hoping that changes.

Been a @CoxComm Cust since 2005. Called to change to just internet. Said I have 2 yr plan. Guy sold that to me last year the wk after Cindy died ($235/mo). Said he could not change it. How unethical can you get @CoxHelp? New cust gets $57/mo. I can cancel for $90. Think I will
