@monument_bank Your app is fully not working for at least 12+ hours. Being an "app only" bank that is non-functional effectively means your customers cannot do anything with their funds - pretty shitty. Either fix your app or offer a web app too.

@InterConTheO2 @InterConHotels The website for the O2 hotel is down, and no phone lines are being answered (have tried 15+ times over 24 hours). I have been trying to contact to reschedule spa appointment as have come down with Covid. Please help immediately!!
I had tried the phone numbers for the hotel (020 8463 6868) and the spa (020 8463 6816 + 020 8463 6815), but no answer to any of them.
Have now emailed the email addresses I could find online, but zero response. ([email protected] + [email protected])
@ArgosHelpers I have sent a private message with the info you requested. As an amicable outcome, I'd be expecting @Argos_Online to sell me the original item I purchased at the original price I had paid for it - £53.99, not the newly inflated price of £119.90.
@ArgosHelpers Made order at Argos (FT185278) on 23/01, confirmed for collection on 26/01. Price was £53.99. Receive message from Argos on 25/01 that order has been cancelled + refunded, and I should re-order. Check website, and item price has jumped to £119.90. What scammers!
