Hey everyone, do yourselves a favor and don't ever use @Airbnb again! We got to our place in Manchester. There was a ton of mold in the shower, gum on two walls, a banister broken with nails sticking out, kitchen floor had not been swept, and the whole downstairs wreaked of (1)

@AirbnbHelp your Custer service is abysmal. I'm stuck in a place in Manchester that is horrible, and I can't get a resolution. I've been promissed follow-up and haven't gotten it. Now a supervisor can't contact .e for 1-3 hours! I want to get my family out of here now!

@CA_DMV We made an appt for my daughter to take a permit test in Petaluma today at 3:50- already did application online. Arrived at 3:45, and rude man at the front counter said the wait is 90 min and she won't be able to take the test today.
Confused and frustrated. Help!

Important note: this is when no hot water has been used in last 2 hours. Temps are in 40s at night and unit is in hybrid mode.

@AOSmithHotWater I had your HPTU-80N 130 installed in my garage in SF, CA. Temp set to 126. Getting 104 at sink 12' from unit. Installer says just turn up temp. I say this is not expected performance. Please advise!
