Thank you for putting so much thought into this and explaining things so well. As someone who is not in the medical field it’s hard to make sense of what happened and especially the cause of death. I am so grateful to EMS and BIDMC for trying so hard to save my little girl. I can’t imagine being in their position.

Milton Hospital logged a STARS report about the missing lines. I requested an investigation by DPH that concluded that the hospital followed proper procedures. When I asked the ADA and Dunne whether they interviewed the hospital staff ADA told me everything will be in the public records

BTW this remembering Bella memorial site was created after he unsuccessfully tried to place a gag and protective order against me to stop me from speaking about Bella’s death investigation and what was happening with the divorce and custody and after he found Emily See and Mizzy’s post to Greg Connor and NCDAO demanding Bella’s case be reopened Aug 22.
