Its so wild no politicians have came out and apologized for the radicalization of America..
"we condemn violence, but also hes a nazi and is destroying America"
How about
"for the last 12 years we have been radicalizing the American public, angry people vote, we're sorry"
We pray because our hearts are broken. We pray because we know God listens. We pray because we know that God works in mysterious ways, and can inspire us to further action.
Why do you feel the need to attack other people for praying when kids were just killed praying?
@MikeFPrater It’s already paid for 🤷🏼♂️ We actually ordered new goal posts months ago (well done @N_burk). Plan the work…Work the plan 😈 Creating a memory that will last a lifetime is priceless 🙏🏼 Haven’t seen people be critical 😂 Living epic has its price and we will be ok. #BleedBlue
Yes, coaches play favorites.
They want to win.
But they don’t play the favorites parents think they do.
Here are 7 FAVORITES that coaches play.
#1 FAVORITE: Players they can trust
Can we trust you? Can we count on you? These are the top questions that coaches and teammates demand. If you are not dependable or trustworthy, I don’t care how talented you are; you will struggle to play. Be trusted and be a “favorite.”
#2 FAVORITE: Players who make the right plays
Coaches want playmakers. Do you make winning plays? You don’t have to score. There are many pieces to make a good team. If you make the right play at the right time, you will find playing time and be a “favorite.”
#3 FAVORITE: Players who fill a role
The most talented players don’t always make the best team. Teams are like puzzles. The pieces have to fit. If you can fill a role that the team needs and be a “favorite.”
#4 FAVORITE: Players who help the team WIN
Coaches want to WIN. If you can make plays that help the team WIN, you will play. Winning plays? Getting Loose balls, rebounds, setting screens, drawing charges, playing defense, and more. Help the team WIN and be a “favorite.”
#5 FAVORITE: Players who work hard
Want to get noticed? Work harder than everyone. Coaches will reward consistent hard work. Hard work is contagious and can impact a team in winning ways.
#6 FAVORITE: Players who are committed
No Deposit - No Return. Coaches want commitment from their players. Do the work. Do the extra work. Show Up. Commit. Committed players = Committed teams. Committed teams = Winning teams. Be committed and be a “favorite.”
#7 FAVORITE: Players who have talent
Finally, talent matters. You have to have some level of talent to play. But talent is not everything. Many talented players don’t get playing time. Develop your talent. Use your talent. Be a “favorite.”

“Be not deceived, God is not mocked. For what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption. But he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting.”
Galatians 6:7-8
PARENTS: When you blame other things (officials, coaches, conditions, circumstances, teammates) for the situation your son or daughter is in, then you're essentially teaching your child how to be an excuse maker. Set the standard. Be the standard.
Great leaders are willing to accept the costs of leadership.
“1. You will have to make decisions that negatively affect people you care about.
2. You will be disliked despite your best attempt to do what’s best for the most.
3. You will be misunderstood and won’t always have the opportunity to defend yourself,” Kirby Smart
If Christian men can regurgitate weekend box scores, pontificate political punditry, or exegete finer points of the MCU or Star Wars from “canonized” material, then they have ZERO excuse for being Bible illiterate.
The issue is not lack of time or inability but disordered love.
Coaches: What you do is far more important than wins/losses. Sports gives you the opportunity to seriously impact lives. You can change kids’ lives for the better & help instill a sense of self-belief in those who lack it. The impact on your players is lifelong if you serve them!
This sums up playing time perfectly. Players think... "play me and I'll show you."
Coaches think.. "show me & then I'll play you.”
Coaches evaluate practice every day. That's your "show time."
Be consistent & execute all the little things. Make plays, barrel balls, throw accurately. Run bases…Etc…
Demonstrate daily you are the best option to help the team win.
Goal….Be so good that you are the first name penciled in the line-up each game.
"To love people, you have to destroy the arguments that enslave them. Some, out of a good desire to love people, are too cowardly to destroy arguments. Others, out of a good desire to destroy arguments, are too callous and hurt people."

Coaches: Create great relationships with parents by:
Being honest with parents
Being honest with their kids
Not discussing other players
Not accepting armchair coaching
Treating players fairly
Holding their kids accountable
Treating kids as people first
Being a great role model
The Navy SEALS like to say, "Under pressure we don't rise to the occasion, but rather sink to the level of our training."
When crisis hits or adversity comes our way, it highlights who we are and how we've prepared.
How we PREPARE TODAY will determine how we PERFORM TOMORROW.
When older players are willing to help out younger players...
When starters are willing to help out their backups...
That is when you know you have a championship culture!
