@DellUK your one day delivery promise is a lie. I specifically ordered items yesterday (PDID: 7400006238986) that were available for one day delivery when ordered, only now to be told it is arriving in a week! Poor service from a 'premium brand'

@AmazonUK I'd like to know what controls are in place to make sure that customers don't receive a refurbished product when I clearly ordered a new one? Astonishingly, the box actually has refurb written on it, and it's clear that there was a previous delivery of my product.

@SportsDirectUK placed order SD40000101266400 on 24/07 to be delivered by 30/07. On 10 Aug it was cancelled & marked as lost. I was told to reorder &select next day. New order SD40000101759571 is to be delivered latest today. I have no delivery information. This is pathetic!

@AvivaUK I submitted a PMI claim on 30/06 & have no update or repayment. WELL over the 10 days! I sent another email yesterday, spent 1.5hrs on hold, 30min+ now, used the bot on site & I still have no update. This does not inspire confidence in the policy. Please advise.
