More than 4000 arms and over 5 lakhs ammunition were looted by the Radical Meitei Militants from the State Armoury in Imphal Valley. Although around 1000 were returned, the rest remained in their hands.

These looted weapons and ammunition have been used to launch vicious attacks on Zomi-Kuki villages and innocent villagers. It's distressing that neither the state nor the central government has taken any substantial action against the Radical Meitei Militant groups responsible for this dangerous act.

Immediate implementation of PRESIDENT'S RULE is essential to address the escalating crisis in Manipur. The current situation demands swift action to restore law and order, protect the lives of citizens, and ensure a peaceful environment for all and Separate administration from Manipur is the only viable solution for ensuring lasting peace.

The Zomi-Kuki tribes will not be silenced anymore. The Radical Meitei's have committed unspeakable atrocities against us – torture, brutal killings, burning down our houses & churches and even raping our sisters and mothers. They are continuously attacking our villages, backed by state forces and supported by the state government.

We refuse to remain silent any longer. The Zomi-Kuki tribes condemn these heinous acts by the Radical Meitei's, Meitei militants, and Radical Meitei womenfolk. We are taking a stand and rallying against these atrocities.
