نشر الرائد أيمن الكاشف عبر حسابه الشخصي وثيقة رسمية مسربة صادرة عن "إدارة العلاقات والتمويل الخارجي" وهيئة الشؤون المالية للقوات المسلحة، كشفت عن أرقام خيالية لمرتبات بعض الضباط وضباط الصف بالدولار الأمريكي.

ووجه الكاشف رسالة مباشرة ومؤثرة لزملائه في الخدمة قائلاً:

"عزيزي الضابط المطحون، وأخي ضابط الصف المفشوخ.. عاوزك تتخيل إن فيه ضابط زميلك بياخد أكثر من 10 آلاف دولار في الشهر (يعني أكثر من 500 ألف جنيه)، وصف ظابط بياخد أكثر من 5 آلاف دولار.. يا ترى مين ��ول؟ والأهم.. مرتبك انت كام وهل وصل حتى عُشر الرقم ده؟"

وتظهر الوثيقة المسربة كشف ماهية عن شهر يوليو 2025 بمبالغ تتجاوز 10,257 دولار لمرتبة عقيد أركان حرب، و5,062 دولار لمرتبة مساعد أول، موقعة بتفويض من رئيس هيئة الشؤون المالية ومدير إدارة العلاقات والتمويل الخارجي.

ووعد الرائد الكاشف بكشف كواليس وتفاصيل هذه القصة والأسماء المحظوظة داخل المؤسسة قريباً، مشيراً إلى حالة التمييز والصدمة التي يعيشها أغلب صغار الضباط وضباط الصف في ظل الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة مقارنة بكبار المحظوظين والمحاسيب داخل النظام.

لم يكن الدكتور الشهيد إياد الرنتيسي مقاتلًا يحمل سلاحًا، بل طبيبًا يحمل سماعته الطبية ورسالة إنسانية أقسم أن يؤديها ��أمانة وشرف.
عمل في مستشفى كمال عدوان، حيث أمضى أيام الحرب بين الجرحى والمرضى، يحاول إنقاذ الأرواح تحت القصف والحصار ونقص الإمكانيات، قبل أن يتحول هو نفسه إلى ضحية لجريمة كان القانون الدولي يفترض أن يمنعها وأن يعاقب مرتكبيها.
اعتقل الاحتلال الإسرائيلي الدكتور إياد الرنتيسي وهو لا يزال يرتدي ملابس العمليات، لينتقل من غرفةٍ كان فيها ينقذ الحياة إلى زنزانةٍ سُلِبت منها أبسط معاني الإنسانية.
هناك تعرض للتعذيب وسوء المعاملة، وتلقى ضربات متكررة استهدفت كليته، حتى فقد الوعي مرات عديدة. اشتكى من ضيق في التنفس، وطلب العلاج والرعاية الطبية، لكن شكواه لم تجد من يسمعها، واستمر نزيفه الداخلي حتى ارتقى شهيدًا تحت التعذيب.
إن استشهاد طبيب داخل المعتقل بعد حرمانه من العلاج والرعاية الطبية ليس حادثة فردية، بل جريمة مكتملة الأركان وانتهاك جسيم لاتفاقيات جنيف والقانون الدولي الإنساني واتفاقية مناهضة التعذيب، ويستوجب تحقيقًا دوليًا مستقلًا ومساءلةً قانونيةً لكل من أمر ونفذ وتستر على هذه الجريمة.
أي عالم هذا الذي يطالب بحماية الطواقم الطبية في النصوص والمواثيق، ثم يصمت عندما يتحول الطبيب نفسه إلى ضحية للتعذيب والقتل؟
رحم الله الطبيب الشهيد الدكتور إياد الرنتيسي، وأسكنه فسيح جناته، وجعل سيرته الطيبة وشهادته شاهدًا على زمنٍ أصبحت فيه الإنسانية نفسها تحتاج إلى من يدافع عنها.
سيبقى اسم الدكتور إياد الرنتيسي شاهدًا على الجريمة، كما سيبقى شاهدًا على أن أصحاب المعاطف البيضاء كانوا في غزة خط الدفاع الأخير عن الحياة.

From the Operating Room to the Cell of Torture

Dr. Iyad Al-Rantisi was not a combatant carrying a weapon. He was a physician carrying a stethoscope and a humanitarian mission that he upheld with honor and dedication.
He worked at Kamal Adwan Hospital, spending the days of war among the wounded and the sick, striving to save lives under bombardment, siege, and severe shortages of resources, before becoming himself the victim of a crime that international law was designed to prevent and punish.
Israeli forces arrested Dr. Al-Rantisi while he was still wearing his surgical scrubs, moving him from an operating room where he fought for life to a detention cell stripped of the most basic principles of humanity.
During detention, he was reportedly subjected to torture and ill-treatment, suffering repeated blows that targeted his kidney and caused him to lose consciousness multiple times. He complained of breathing difficulties and requested medical care, yet his pleas went unanswered. Internal bleeding continued until he ultimately died in custody under torture.
The death of a physician in detention after being denied medical care is not merely an isolated incident. It constitutes a grave violation of international humanitarian law, the Geneva Conventions, and the Convention Against Torture, and demands an independent international investigation and accountability for all those responsible for ordering, carrying out, or concealing this crime.
What does it mean for the world to speak of protecting healthcare workers in treaties and conventions while remaining silent when a doctor himself becomes the victim of torture and death?
May God have mercy on Dr. Iyad Al-Rantisi and grant him eternal peace. May his life and sacrifice remain a testimony to a time when humanity itself required defenders.
The name of Dr. Iyad Al-Rantisi will remain both a witness to the crime and a reminder that Gaza's physicians stood as the final line of defense for life itself.
