Sci activities do count!!! This led to a great discussion about how she could take the experience and use it as a spring board to use a modified version of the 4? strategy to engage them in designing their own experiment!

@docspeaks @WaltersState I would also add-curriculum not reflective of how literacy skills are used in the real world. When I served as Sci Coordinator, was hard to move peers out of silo approach to teaching. Why was it so hard to create integrated units of instruction?
