If you are dreaming big, clear on what you need to do, are doing it, plus growing + enjoying the journey, then you have no need for a coach.
If not, consider if it would help.
If you can have $399 jiggling in your pocket, this back extension also does:
- Nordic curls
- GHR
- Dips
- Slant board squats
- Sit-ups
- Hip thrusts

@Bankless I thought Corey made a lot of good points bringing the reality back to US government agencies have to enforce the laws of the land, and if you're selling an investment it's a securities contract, and regulated by the SEC. We want a more free market, but that's not current law.

- What can we cut or improve (Solutions)
- Is there a better path to victory? (Planning)
Focus is the foundation for balance.
The single greatest threat to living the life you want:
Your failure to recognize the gap between what is required to get there and what you're currently doing.

@CarlKVogel I like this in general - you’ve got to incentivise people above RFR. That said,
1. opportunity cost includes other airdrop farming, you compete against that too
2. FDV is hard to predict, variable, and grows for good projects. I like LT potential like ISOs, but most want more
