@OctopusEnergy my app doesn’t load. Tried to offload and reinstalled, which didn’t do anything. Again deleted the app and reinstalled it, and still doesn’t work

@JFKairport I am flying from to jfk with jet blue and after a few hours, I fly again to santiago with Jet blue again. In a case where both arrival and departure terminals are the same, do I still need to go through immigration and custom? How busy is terminal 5 ?

@nxcare hi, i just booked for a trip to Luton Airport. The payment was taken from my bank account but I still haven’t received ticket confirmation. It’s not in spam or junk. I checked out as a guest.

@nxcare I was charged but was not given the booking confirmation. My trip is coming up soon, no response on my tweet and no other way to contact national express before 9am. I had to book another ticket and paid again. i need a refund for my previous one!!

@NOWHelpTeam broadband is an absolute nightmare recently. Keeps cutting off every hour. This has been going on for the last two weeks, and I am using hotspot for work! The FAQ or articles don't help me at all. And there's no way of speaking to an agent through chat either

@BulbUK keeps over-estimating my gas meter reading. The app doesn’t let me submit my reading because it’s lower than what Bulb has estimated. I have submitted photos of my gas meter a few times to prove this. And no response. Can someone help?
