Why do your bin men hit cars, drive off and then refuse to hand over the cctv footage? If you were innocent you'd prove it, the fact you refuse to hand it over after 3 months confirms guilt.

@CroydonCouncil why have you put temp lights up at Purley Way, behind the non working permenant lights, so you can't see them very well? Bit dangerous isn't it, common sense should tell you to put them in front so drivers can actually see them clearly..
