@AmazonHelp I love Amazon but this is a major product, customer service, and security flaw. Really disappointing for a company valued at $1.8T that a 12 manual security review process exists that still fails to assess basic information.

I typically praise @amazon for their customer focus but @AmazonUK has been one of the most disappointing customer experiences I’ve had. I’ve been locked out of my account for using a US💳 & the fastest way to get access is recreating an account because unlock process so difficult

@AmazonHelp I was asked to submit my bank statement to unlock my account (which I did) then was told the document didn’t upload, on the second attempt I was told the document did not show my bank account number (which it did). It took 12+ hours per attempt to hear anything back.
