@TLRailUK I’m at Farringdon, travelling to Radlett, every service calling at RDT has been cancelled despite the train running, the 1929, 1944 and the 1959. I understand that there are signalling issues but any reason why you’ve chosen to remove all stations between STP & SAC?

@TLRailUK @bluesoup Any updates on the progress of rolling out WiFi on all units? The new fleet was operational in 2018 when WiFi was the norm along with tray tables on trains but it’s seem this was not something that @TLRailUK thought was necessary?

@TLRailUK Hi, how do I download an invoice/receipt for a journey? I bought the ticket through Thameslink and paid via AmazonPay. I can see the details under Order History but can’t work out how to download, I need to submit it to my employer as evidence. Many thanks

@arrivaessex I’m on the 11:33 724 from Heathrow to St Albans, there is no where to put luggage despite this service starting at 4th busiest airport in the world. It’s currently 27c and there is no AC on this service. #welcometotheUK
