Transferring one to someone who doesn’t have one of those (both require a background check) is a misdemeanor. Transferring it to a prohibited possessor is a felony.

@TheJFreakinC What happened before the part of the incident you elected to show? Agents must articulate a crime, and have evidence, to make an arrest. Failure to show ID with no other context is insufficient unless you’re already detained. So something happened. Dudes prob done owning guns…

@jimNjue_ @realDonaldTrump The president himself did not deploy those weapons. The people who did would have met certain criteria (positive ID, acts of aggression, no collateral damage effects, etc) before having the authority to deploy that weapon.

@Kate76358077 @omaha_scanner I think you’d be surprised. Every state I’ve lived in previously you would be stopped immediately and they would tow your car. They hold the car until you come back with proof of insurance and registration. People have plates.

@OPDOfcBossman How about making traffic enforcement a priority? Maybe enforce the laws against extreme speeding, reckless driving, driving with no insurance, driving with no license or license plate and tow their cars. Like in places other than W Dodge expressway.
