Cost Comparison: T-Mall Overpass vs Ngong-Naivasha Project
The Uhuru Kenyatta T-Mall Overpass cost about Ksh 3.2 billion to build and is just 400 metres long. That works out to roughly Ksh 8 million per metre.

The Ruto Ngong Road–Naivasha Road project costs Ksh 3.58 billion for an 820-metre section. That equals about Ksh 4.37 million per metre.

Per metre, the Ruto project is much cheaper,roughly half the cost of the T-Mall Overpass.

Dappa Man,was sentenced to 15 years in prison for a crime he never committed,Defilement,I always say,there should be a severe punishment for people who accuse others of crimes they never committed.

Dappa Man, while on Obinna TV, revealed that his step mother set him up,he was arrested and was sent to remand.

The step mother, never appeared in court,Dappa man,was the forced to plead guilty for the crime to avoid more time in Remand.

Dappa Man cried,while narrating his life in prison and added that you should not even wish your worst enemy
prison.

1. Thika UTI AHP – 593 units (approx. 2,000 residents)
2. Thika Bustani AHP – 735 units (approx. 2,500 residents)
3. Thika Orchids AHP - 975 units (approx. 3,400 residents)
4. Thika Depot AHP – 425 units (approx. 1,400 residents)

These projects reflect the Government’s commitment to delivering dignified housing, creating jobs and promoting inclusive urban development.

The projects have engaged Thika Town Jua Kali sector in supplying steel doors, windows, and various materials, as well as in landscaping, maintenance, security, and waste management, ensuring the economic benefits remain within the local community.
