I am interested in EMS, Ultrasound, and Simulation. Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my incredible family and an occasional round of disc golf.

@blondemedSJW I ran into this today in a question for my surgery COMAT/Shelf. They don’t mention the 2-4ml/kg, they just say Parkland is 4ml/kg. I was taught in paramedic school the 4ml/kg was reserved for electrical burns.

Heartbreaking. Prayers for the families and crew members of LifeSaver 4.

Responding to a call today, our LifeSaver 4 aircraft from Sylacauga, AL had an accident. Two crew members have died. The third member remains hospitalized in critical condition. No patient was on board. Reps from the FAA & NTSB are en route to the accident site.
