@bookingcom I have been trying to get in contact with your customer service for several days regarding a refund for a cancelled booking but I have been unable to reach anyone e for assistance.

The property owner cancelled my booking after I arrived and was unable to provide me with the location of the property. I paid in advance and I was told that I would receive a refund. However, to date I have not received any refund.

For the second time in a row @ScotiabankJM as hold on to my salary. It look a every month end thing now wid unuh @ScotiabankJM. Go to the bank and they are going make me know say I can't make a dispute because there is a dispute on the system for mw already.

So here I am again left without funds to survive and having to relive this horror over and over again @ScotiabankJM

On August 25 I notice that the money on my account was on hold. Went to @ScotiabankJM and they told me that they would not be able to investigate the hold until September 23.

Here comes September 23 and there is another hold on my account after getting paid. Went to @ScotiabankJM again and they can’t tell me why there is another hold on my account yet again.
