I had a realization today...some of the same ethos that drove @BoredApeYC’s success are now manifesting on ApeChain.

Thank you for defending the rights of shareholders in your interview on CNBC yesterday.

Never before have shareholders felt sufficiently motivated to write thousands of letters to the Chancery Court as Tesla shareholders did in spring 2024. This was truly historic.

Rescinding the 2018 compensation package, even though shareholders approved it and now voted twice overwhelmingly for it, moved us to the core.

If this verdict stands, it will cost us not the $2.3bn initially accounted for, but way over $60bn. We cannot see how this is protecting shareholders. And what happened to shareholder democracy here?
