@arrivanorthwest 49 Crossens route yesterday. Wheelchair could not exit bus without driver getting out of cab and manually pulling out the ramp. This is a new design bus and so amazed that a hydraulic ramp could not have been incorporated into the design.

@LivHospitals My wife has several blood request forms sent to her by Consultant. The letter mentions a walk in service presumably without booking at the Royal. Is this still operating? One of the requests is an early morning urine test. Can we bring this sample with us?

@manairport Our friends are returning from Turkey on Turkish airlines in March and bringing a kitten with them in the cabin. If they are sent to a hotel to quarantine what happens to the cat. They are UK citizens and will have had a Pcr test before flying.
