@dcrainmakerblog Just had a bad experience with this. Submitted a bug report support ticket to Zwift, got an ambassador who couldn't help much without access. The ambassador didn't read carefully (asked for things again) and didn't have access to the screenshots I submitted with the ticket.

Ranked-Choice voting would solve like 37% of the problems with modern American politics and I think that's a great start.
