@NatWest_Help slogan ‘tomorrow begins today’… should be changed more suitably to ‘making customers suicidal, every day’.
Absolute disgrace, you’d think after all their recent bad press they’d go out of their way to make customers happy, clearly not 🙃

Coincidental that after fault has been admitted by them - they suddenly ‘cannot locate calls or notes’… deliberately deleting them maybe?? Destroying liability. Total disgrace

@NatWest_Help or take it to the financial ombudsman but I will if you do not resolve these issues to MY satisfaction. Internally reopening complaints because your ‘complaint specialists’ haven’t done their job properly, but yet somehow your customers still at fault. Appalling.

Quite easily the scariest moment as a big brother. Received this, called her, no answer. Flew to the location to find her completely oblivious to the fact she’d done it.
Thankfully false alarm, but good to see @Apple has done something good

Well I must admit, I used to be one of those people who thought “self care days” were overrated. How wrong could I be. After a long week at work, I used today to focus on me. Haircut, dog walk, workouts and the difference I feel is incredible 💪🏼will be doing this more often now👏🏻
