Watched #Micheal at the premiere in Tamil Nadu’s first Dolby Cinema, LA Cinema in Thiruverumbur, Trichy. The sound and projection were absolutely mind-blowing—easily the best cinematic experience I’ve ever had. It far surpasses the IMAX screens in Chennai.

It’s truly inspiring to see the passion of Francis sir, MD of LA Cinema, in bringing this 6-screen multiplex to life. Movie buffs in and around Trichy are genuinely fortunate to have such a world-class experience so close to home.

நமது திருச்சி பன்னாட்டு விமான நிலையத்திலிருந்து நாட்டின் தலைநகரமான புதுடெல்லிக்கு நேரடி விமான சேவையை இண்டிகோ விமான நிறுவனம் வரும் செப்டம்பர் 16 முதல் தொடங்கவுள்ளதாக அறிவித்துள்ளது.

இந்த சேவைக்காக இண்டிகோ நிறுவனம் 186 பொருளாதார வகுப்பு இருக்கைகளைக் கொண்ட ஏ320 ரக விமானத்தை இயக்கவுள்ளதாகவும், இந்த விமானம் தினமும் காலை 6:00 மணிக்கு திருச்சியிலிருந்து புறப்பட்டு காலை 9:15 மணிக்கு புதுடெல்லியைச் சென்றடையும். மறுமார்க்கமாக, புதுடெல்லியிலிருந்து மதியம் 2:10 மணிக்கு புறப்பட்டு மாலை 5:15 மணிக்கு திருச்சியை வந்தடையும் என்றும் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

திருச்சி நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினராகப் பொறுப்பேற்றது முதல், திருச்சி விமான நிலையத்தில் அனைத்து சேவைகளையும் மேம்படுத்தவும், புதிய உள்நாட்டு மற்றும் பன்னாட்டு விமான சேவைகளை அறிமுகப்படுத்தவும் தொடர்ந்து முயற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறேன்.

இதன் ஒரு பகுதியாக, ஏர் இந்தியா எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் நிறுவனம் திருச்சியிலிருந்து புதுடெல்லிக்கு தினசரி நேரடி விமான சேவையைத் தொடங்க வேண்டும் என்று அவர்களிடம் நேரடியாக கோரிக்கை வைத்தேன். எனது கோரிக்கையை ஏற்று, திருச்சி - புதுடெல்லி விமான சேவையை தொடங்க தயாராக உள்ளதாகவும், அதற்காக புதுடெல்லியிலுள்ள இந்திராகாந்தி பன்னாட்டு விமான நிலையத்தில் இட ஒதுக்கீடு (ஸ்லாட்) பெற உதவுமாறும் ஏர் இந்தியா நிறுவனம் என்னிடம் கோரிக்கை விடுத்திருந்தது.

இதற்காக, மாண்புமிகு ஒன்றிய விமானப் போக்குவரத்துத் துறை அமைச்சர் திரு. ராம்மோகன் நாயுடு அவர்களை நான்கு முறை சந்தித்து இந்தக் கோரிக்கையை முன்வைத்து வலியுறுத்தியிருந்தேன்.

சமீபத்தில், அதற்கான ஸ்லாட் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டு, ஏர் இந்தியா எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் நிறுவனத்தை விண்ணப்பிக்க கேட்டுகொள்ளப்பட்டது. ஆனால், அகமதாபாத்தில் ஏற்பட்ட விமான விபத்து காரணமாக, ஏர் இந்தியா எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் நிறுவனம் புதிய விமான வழித்தட சேவையைத் தற்சமயம் தொடங்குவதற்குத் தயாராக இல்லாத சூழலில்,

திருச்சி-புதுடெல்லி இடையே தினசரி விமான சேவையைத் இண்டிகோ நிறுவனம் தொடங்கவுள்ளது மிகவும் மகிழ்ச்சியளிக்கிறது.

இந்தப் புதிய விமான சேவை, திருச்சி மற்றும் சுற்றுவட்டார மாவட்டங்களைச் சேர்ந்த மக்களுக்கு மிகுந்த மகிழ்ச்சியை அளித்துள்ளது. இது, தொழிலதிபர்கள், வெளிநாடு செல்லும் பயணிகள், மாணவர்கள், சுற்றுலாப் பயணிகள் உள்ளிட்ட அனைத்து தரப்பு மக்களுக்கும் பெரும் வசதியை வழங்குவதோடு, மத்திய மாவட்டங்களின் பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சிக்கும், முன்னேற்றத்திற்கும் பெரிதும் உதவும் என உறுதியாக நம்புகிறேன்.
