Impactnya? Public healthcare yang akan suffer. Patient yang terpaksa tunggu 6 jam di klinik untuk jumpa dr 5-10 minit. Akan ada patient yang collapsed tapi doctor tak cukup untuk attend so they will die unattended. And that patient can be you or your family members

Another question to @KKMPutrajaya , mcm mana slot kekosongan dibahagi antara kami ~2355 contract doctors ni? Contoh; adakah quota 200 kekosongan di Pahang dibahagi 3? Tapi orang yang nak dapatkan Pahang ramai di Fasa 2. Ended up, slot kekosongan fasa 1 utk Pahang dibazirkan.

Tapi hidup kena move on, so kena repeat another cycle. Kena mintak cuti balik on 17/3, jadual oncall dah keluar jadi kena tukar oncall dengan kawan kawan. Mintak member cover clinic, ward. Kena travel balik pergi cyber cafe. Start balik the stress cycle because semuanya what if

@2804kitcat I have people telling me in this ED rules by HOD, we don’t help primary team take bloods, we have referred, you do it. Who started this culture of “i have referred, the moment you accept the case, cuci tangan kaw kaw?” This is why there is such animosity ed vs primary.

Increment RM9.16 to RM10-11? That’s rubbish. As a first year registrar I’m earning 65.25AUD in Queensland. Night shift is paid 15% extra. Every hour beyond 76 hours is paid double. These are the rates Malaysian doctors who have migrated overseas are earning. Malaysia needs to significantly increase the hourly wage at the very least 300%.
