@MeUndies Update: never delivered. Called customer service 4 times. Which means I have spent over 4 hours on hold with them. Customer service guys can only request they attempt delivery again. The driver never does. I guess it's stolen by the driver now. Got a refund.

I've had no problem getting most orders from them but this Christmas gift made it to my building, I BUZZED THE GUY IN and ignored a call from a random. They put no unit number and didn't deliver. You called my unit number? I buzzed you in?
