This year’s #WorldHealthDay theme is ‘healthy beginnings, hopeful futures’. Today, 7 April 2025, marks the launch of the @WHO year-long campaign to encourage governments to ramp up efforts to reduce preventable maternal and newborn deaths. This goal organically aligns with ISUOG’s own mission to champion the health of women and newborns through provision of accessible education on ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.
