I also wish to acquire the art of having selective memory.
You know well that the 106th Constitution Amendment Act, 2023 — the Nari Shakti Vandan Adhiniyam that you read and voted for, contains clear precondition. Under the provisions for reservation of seats for women ‘shall come into effect only after Delimitation exercise has been conducted, which will happen based on the first census taken after the Act's commencement.’
We all know the census was delayed due to COVID. Waiting for the post-commencement census and the subsequent delimitation exercise means the reservation cannot take effect in time for the 2029 general elections.
That is precisely why, in 2026, the government brought fresh legislation Bills to enable delimitation on the basis of the already-published 2011 Census figures, expand the Lok Sabha strength, and operationalise the women’s reservation in time for the 2029 elections. Your leader Rahul Gandhi and the Congress opposed and ensured the defeat of that effort in Parliament — thereby blocking the path to implementation of women’s reservation by 2029.
In 2023 you supported the 106th Amendment because you knew the NDA had the numbers and it would pass with or without your support —
“तो बहती गंगा में हाथ धो लो.” 
The moment the real opportunity for early implementation arose, the true colours of the Congress became evident.
I once again reiterate: Our leader, Hon PM @narendramodi ji, will not leave any stone unturned to implement the women’s reservation in the Parliament elections of 2029 itself.

Udupi Swaad Restaurant's license was suspended by the FDA so they went to the Bombay High Court for relief.

Judges: You were using banned analogue paneer.

Restaurant: But they suspended our license without issuing any improvement notice.

Judges: You didn't mention on the menu that you were not using real paneer. You are making people eat something rotten by making them believe it is paneer, and you are saying that an improvement notice should have been given to you?

Restaurant: Sorry. We will not use analogue paneer again.

Judges: You need to suffer for some time. You are making people suffer by using analogue paneer without declaring it. Now, you just suffer for some time.

Restaurant: Please, we have suffered a loss of revenue and reputation.

Judge: So what? Wait for the FDA to file a reply. Next hearing on September 7.

🚨 FDA crackdown in Mumbai

Rats in the kitchen. Cockroaches on a dough-mixing machine. Open drains, stagnant water and layers of grease.

The Maharashtra FDA has suspended the food licence of Hotel Radha in Malad after an inspection found serious hygiene violations.

Janata Tawa & Grill in Kurla has also had its FSSAI licence suspended.

The FDA inspected 31 establishments in Mumbai, suspending 5 licences and issuing 22 improvement notices.

Supposedly there is a zero tolerance for 4 wheel carts in Mumbai,even Hon. Mumbai High Court order says so. However below GPS tagged photos have a differrent story to say @mybmcWardT 's complete failure to ensure High Court Orders are followed.I remeber i had personally given the locations where over a 100 4 wheeler handcarts are illegally parked in Mulund & rented out .but our WO turned deaf ears&no action has been taken. Request @AshwiniBhide Ji to look into the same,ideally we have AMC eastern suburbs but he is too busy in other affairs.Also request @MumbaiPolice & @DcpEastZone3mum to get in action & ensure court orders are followed.
