@mec I had the worst experience with MEC. My $700 order was either lost/misdelivered and MEC offered zero assistance. Would not open a claim to look into it and does not offer to replace my package. I am a single mum to a boy and I will always remember this.

@julesLH79 @Crocs They've turned into a scam company with 0 liability. Try calling you'll get hung up on, try the chat and they will say, "We are just following Crocs policy".

@Crocs Crocs Canada has disgusting customer service. They said I would recieve a refund for a lost package and I never got it. I called them & they're telephone lines hang up on me and chat says there's nothing they can do now. Why lie to customers? Scam of a company.
