@MassageEnvy you literally cancel the majority of my appts for stupid reasons and now Mother’s Day! YOU ARE JOKING! I’ve been a member for years and I’m at my breaking point with you. My LAST appt was cancelled and now the immediate next appt, cancelled again. BE BETTER!

@JetBlue I am loyal mosaic 1, but this is now the 4th time you have changed or eliminated my flight for a trip I have booked that’s created problems for us. Your solution was to cancel or book a Cabo flight from LAX via JFK? That can’t be real. You are making me doubt my loyalty
Some compassion from your New York based airport gate crew would be appreciated @JetBlue. Our family has been traveling for 24+ hrs & on the verge of being separated in hopes to get to our final destination which should have happened prior to too many changes & delays to count!
What is the point of @jetblue mosaic at the just ask counter when they line us all up together? I must say the service at this counter at LAX with almost everything flight tonight with delays is not the service I know from jet blue!
@SFMagicMountain dang! Everything is basically closed or over 90 minute wait. Your “no wait” mobile order food is not accurate. Wished for a very different experience today! Lots of empty cars on rides to boot.
@WaldorfAstoria always had a great experience with your properties until Labor Day weekend at Monarch. I attempted to resolve through email and customer care and have been ignored. Disappointing!
